Refund policy
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered — we accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your account.
